Scope of Work
Four Work Streams in a Newbuilding Project
We clarify the basis for comparison before you commit, then control quality and schedule at every decision point of the project.
- Shipyard sourcing and pre-qualification by vessel type, technical capability and production plan.
- Running the bidding process and comparing specification, maker list, schedule, price and risk on one consistent framework.
- Coordinating owner, shipyard, design office, makers, classification society and contractors against the project schedule.
- Quality supervision, change control, FAT/HAT/sea trial, punch list and delivery.

Control Points & Records
Every Milestone Comes With a Record
No milestone is considered closed without supporting documentation and a clearly assigned responsible party.

- FAT / HAT
- Witness records for factory and onboard testing, including any deviations noted.
- Sea trial
